1. Contact
Call us, text us, or send us a web message. Either way, we'll get in touch with you, answer your questions and find the best solution for you.
2. Schedule
If our services meet your needs then we will assign a content creator to analyze your needs, create a Content Plan, organize resources, set a schedule, and put everything into motion in order to exceed your expectations.
3. Review
You'll review proofs of the final content that has been created. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the content we will take the necessary actions to meet your expectations. If we cannot, then you pay nothing. (See Note 1)
4. Pay
After you have reviewed and are satisfied with the proofs, you will pay for the services and the final product(s) will be made available to you for download (See Note 2).
5. Download
Download your content and use in accordance with the .Content Plan agreement.
Note 1: In some cases, the services we provide are in real-time. A review and approval process is not applicable. In these cases, please refer to the Content Plan for details.
Note 2: UAV Services will accept payment after delivery of content used for
marketing and listing of real property utilizing a licensed escrow company with whom we have an established business relationship. See Content Plan agreement for details.
